Interview with Primarc Group

The Airtel Run For Education Marathon 2016 is on the verge now. People are joining in thousands from various parts of the society. We had an interview with the Primarc Group, one of the supporting corporate of the event. Lets see what the company has to say.

What made you think that you should support Airtel Run For Education?
Education plays a critical role in the social and economic development of our nation, a well –educated population would lead to a vibrant and active community. We thought of reaching out to as many individuals through this cause and it would surely go a long way in changing the literacy rate of the nation.

What do you think about the education level in India?
Digital learning, smart class solutions, online tutoring is the future, there is a dire need of more schools in the rural areas, we need to harness and capitalize more on knowledge. Our higher education system is well equipped but it is not easily accessible to the common man, it is expensive and has limited seats.

How do you think this marathon can make people more conscious about educating the underprivileged?
It gives the right platform to get connected and raise as much awareness through individuals, organisations, corporates, family, friends and others. This kind of public exposure would encourage people to donate, bring about a social change and make a difference in the lives of the underprivileged uneducated children. Channels like newspapers, television and social media will also come into play in making people aware of the cause.

How would you like to encourage people to go for this marathon?
Fitness is the new mantra and gradually becoming a significant part of everyone’s life, people are now getting more conscious and they look forward to a healthy and happy life. It is uplifting to run in groups, pushing our limits and creating a sense of harmony. Marathon takes us beyond the boundaries of human endurance and takes us to a different zone where we confront our true self and discover inner strength.

The company has always stood for this cause and has given tremendous effort for the betterment of the society. This event would not have been the same without them.
