Only 48 hours are left for the Airtel Run For Education Marathon 2016 in Kolkata. We recently had an interview with Aplha Malts, one of the supporting corporate of the event. The company has contributed tremendously for the betterment of the event. Here is what the company has to say:

1. What made you think that you should support Airtel Run For Education?

   Imparting education to the underpriveleged is a very nobel deed. We decided to be a part of it as this was being done in an organised manner and on a large scale to provide real benefits to the intended persons.

2. What do you think about the education level in India?

   There have been vast improvements in the last few years yet more needs to be done. The government is playing its part and if responsible corporates play an active role to support the cause then objectives can be met faster.

3. How do you think this marathon can make people more conscious about educating the underprivileged?

   This marathon will bring people together and any cause that brings humanity together allows them to pool the resources and work towards a common goal. The participants will become more aware of the plight of the underprivileged and thereby play an active role.

4. How would you like to encourage people to go for this marathon?

   I would like to encourage people by pointing out the benefits that an underprivileged person would get by gaining access to education and how this will ultimately transform our whole society and the benefits of this would be available to all of us.
